Justin BushJustin Bush

Director/Producer/Writer, The Jack Heath Chronicles

Justin Bush is a local Canberra film maker whose previous short film, Musical Chairs, was nominated for Best Production, Editing and Lighting at the 2008 CIT Film and Television Awards. Currently enjoying his role as a Commercial Librarian for Prime Television, Justin spends his free time working on local productions. In 2009 his newly formed Broken Bush Films became official, and under this banner he plans to create and work with local talent once more on a short film for Jack’s first book, The Lab, entitled Agent Six of Hearts.

Ryan KerlinRyan Kerlin

Assistant Director/Editor and Graphic’s Supervisor, The Jack Heath Chronicles

Ryan Kerlin is an up and coming crew member in the Canberra region. Spending his days with the nations brightest as a Multi Skilled Operator for ABC Television at Parliament House, his free time is taken up by his extensive knowledge of all things media related and his current work on the soon to be released web comic, Retribution. The look of the Chronicles is a nod to Ryan’s high standard of work in the post production stage, and you can expect to see more from him in the near future.

Warren Coulton

Director of Photography, The Jack Heath Chronicles

Warren Coulton, with credit to his locally operated Clear Vision Films, is a man around the set who knows how the gears work. On the verge of opening Canberra’s first film and television soundstage, Warren’s work on the Chronicle’s is visible in every light and interview set up. His assistance is invaluable and sense of humor a refreshing and cheerful addition to the working set.

Laura Fisher

Make Up Application, The Jack Heath Chronicles

Laura Fisher is a graduate of the Canberra Make Up Academy and the Chronicle’s is her first outing with Broken Bush Films. Her skills and knowledge of this careful application were perfectly executed during filming and has ensured she will be returning in the near future. In an odd sense of co-incidence, Laura now also works with Justin at Prime Television.

Peter Grieg

Assistant Cameraman, Sound Operation, The Jack Heath Chronicles

Peter Grieg is a man of all trades, and his previous working experience with Warren Coulton ensured a fluent and well planned shoot. Peter also has an eye for detail and his ear on the sound record is just as valuable, hence his double job on the Chronicle’s. Keep an eye out for his films and work around the Canberra region, as you never know where he might just pop up.

Damien Larkins

Photographer, The Jack Heath Chronicles

Damien Larkins is a roving photographer for Parliament by week day, but catch him on the weekend and you might just find him on the set of a good project capturing those moments only a fast shutter can. Also new to the on set role of photographer, Damien’s work on the Chronicle’s has provided many timeless images which will appear in full on the DVD.
